Roof and exterior renovation on Shaftesbury Parade in Thornbury. The existing structure needed significant work — new framing, exterior cladding, and weatherproofing throughout. We stripped it back and rebuilt from the frame up.

Timber framing, structural bracing, insulation, and new exterior finishes. The kind of hands-on building work that doesn't make it onto Instagram but makes all the difference to how a house performs for the next fifty years.
