Hoys started the way most good things do — a couple of mates who knew how to build things and wanted to do it their way. No big corporate setup, no sales team, no nonsense. Just a small crew that turns up, does the work, and makes sure it's done right.

We're based in Melbourne and most of our work comes through word of mouth. Someone tells their neighbour, their neighbour tells a friend, and that's how it goes. We like it that way. It means every job matters and every client knows someone we've already looked after.

We do construction, carpentry, and maintenance. Residential stuff, mostly — renovations, extensions, custom builds, decks, kitchens, the works. We're not trying to be the biggest builder in town. We just want to keep doing good work with good people.
